Michael V. Brodarick Mr. Brodarick is a Member of Lloyd & McDaniel, PLC and concentrates his practice in finance and reorganization law, primarily in the area of bankruptcy and out-of-court workouts. Mr. Brodarick actively represents banks, secured lenders, landlords, general creditors and creditors’ committees in multimillion dollar bankruptcy proceedings, restructures and out-of-court workouts. He also represents purchasers and sellers of businesses both in and out of Chapter 11. Mr. Brodarick is certified as a Specialist in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification
