James M. McDonough Mr. McDonough is a Member of Lloyd & McDaniel, PLC and concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate transactions including foreclosures, complex title issues and small business closings. He further focuses on secured creditor representation in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, as well as writs of possession for vehicles and other collateral. Mr. McDonough also collects commercial debts and represents contractors and suppliers in construction law disputes by enforcing mechanics liens and litigating bond claims.
