Ms. Neukomm concentrates her practice in commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Ms Neukomm was presented with the C.A.L.I. Awards for Litigation and Sports Law, and worked as a Law Intern for the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Georgia from 2004 to 2005. Prior to joining Lloyd & McDaniel, Charity was an associate with a boutique bankruptcy firm in Atlanta primarily representing Chapter 11 Debtors, Chapter 7 Trustees, and P.A.C.A. creditors. Charity also has extensive experience representing creditors in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts protecting their lien rights as well as their rights under the Georgia Residential Mortgage Fraud Act.
